This is a variation
of Mexican Stud. The first two cards are dealt face down, and each
player can choose his own hole card and turn up the other. His hole
card and the three others of the same denomination are wild so far
as his own hand is concerned.
The next three cards are also dealt face down, the player having
the choice of turning each one up or keeping it face down as his
new hole card instead of his former hole card. Each player will
therefore always have one hole card, but it may not always be the
same card.
Seven Card Stud with all fives and tens wild. An up five attracts
a penalty of 5 chips if the holder wishes to stay, and an up ten,
10 chips. Four of a kind has a good chance of winning a pot, but
you need a straight flush or five of a kind really to bet out.
